So Tucker made Sarah Burns & I dinner. And he served Halibut with a Bay Shrimp filled Champagne Cream Sauce over Saffron Basamati Rice with Wild caught Smoked Salmon skirting the Halibut. Let me just say that it was divine, and I mean almost as good as the Truffles & Turbot we had at Le Doyen. Which I thought was sort of bizarre since we where eating the meal with Sarah who was also at the special Le Doyen dinner, I'm sure Gretchen remembers this!

Oh, I will never ever forget that dinner in Paris but now I get to eat food of that caliber weekily thanks to my son!
