Super Bowl Sunday
The weekend started with a lovely dinner party in our restaurant that turned out to be a great success. Then a busy Sat & Sun. Tucker & Monte where able to leave @ 3pm to head over to my brothers house. I was able to head over about 45 minutes later. It was very exciting to be somewhere else & know we weren't going to have to drive home :) Needless to say my brother's, Nancy & Yelena through a great Superbowl Party. Here are a few pics:
On Monday morning while driving home. Tucker decided we would have eggs Benedict for breakfast. He thought it was sort of strange that we serve so much of it, yet we never have had our Vegetarian or Smoked Salmon Benedict. So Tucker made half & half for us & Monte. What a great breakfast! I felt soooo special :) The Pic above is of Tucker making the Hollandaise on Monday morning.
